What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in supporting your deal team across all phases of the M&A lifecycle:- Conduct market and industry research to support M&A strategy and explore potential acquisition targets
- Research and evaluate acquisition targets that fit within the scope of the client’s acquisition strategy
- Conduct direct outreach including calls, emails, and mail to generate deal conversations with executives and senior leadership
- Input, maintain, and update target and prospect data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop compelling marketing materials (letters, teasers, pitch decks etc.)
- Participate in introductory conversations with business owners and clients, capturing key details, needs, and goals
- Initiate, manage, and organize financial and organizational diligence items
- Analyze and interpret financial statements
- Respond to client and target inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Assist in training and guiding interns

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business analytics, finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of M&A, consulting, public accounting, or finance experience
- Strong communication skills, including comfort with outbound calls
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (plus an eagerness to master new tools)
- Experience working with CRM platforms
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work well under deadlines
- Strong team player mentality—collaborative and positive
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future
